Original Sin and the Atonement in the Eastern Tradition

I've come across two pieces from an Orthodox blogger who disputes Orthodox caricatures of two Western doctrines (original sin and substitutionary atonement), arguing that they are, in fact, part of the Eastern theological heritage as well. It's good reading.
